Anastasia Mila’s Exotic Pole Basics online class is designed for very beginners who want to learn the technique of basic movements, develop muscle memory, and learn how to dance beautifully. The class is suitable for those who have never danced before, those who are already practicing but aren’t happy with their dance skills, and those who think they will never learn to dance.
The class includes a warm-up, all about body and foot position, two types of head roll, hand movements, and six lessons that consist of 20-30 minutes of instruction each. Each lesson is divided into 2-3 parts, with separate analysis of movements, resulting in a total of 37 movements.
The focus of the class is on honing the material and working with small details. At the end of the course, students will learn a final choreography for 1:30 seconds, consisting of the six lessons they have learned throughout the course.
